I took the Mac Muffler off of Josh's bike [ran and sounded like crap] and made a baffle and tucked the pipe under the bike, and turned it out next to the tire.
Sounds much better, put in a set of 240 mains and took it for a spin. I am going to try some 250 to 260 mains and I think it will be running great. This bike has been a rreal bugger to get right, but it is getting much better.
I took apart the stock master cylinderfor tylers BMW cleaned all the parts up ready to paint the body. In the meantime I messed with the small dirtbike master and got all the air out and it is working well. I dont know what we will do now.
Also made this License plate holder for it.

IN THE SHOP
I dissassembled a pair of Showa shocks to shave of all the brackets. First I cut off all the brackets close with the bandsaw.
Then put them in the lathe and roughed in all the bracket areas.
Then started taking full length passes untill I got the leg turned smoth.
Then I blended the flat areas with a grinder. Then put back in the lathe and worked with a file Then went to 80 grit emory, then to 180, then to 320.
The finished product ready for polishing. These are going on my friend Big Bs VW trike. By the looks of it this is not going to be your run of the mill dub trike. I will try to get progress pictures posted soon.
